The Brandeis women's basketball team reached No. 5 in the nation in the latest d3hoops.com poll. With their highest national ranking since they were No. 2 in January of 2006, the Judges will be looking forward to a showdown with top-ranked Rochester on Friday at 6 p.m.

Senior Cassidy Dadaos and junior Carmela Breslin had 12 and 11 points, respectively, to lead the Brandeis women past host Rhode Island College, 77-47, in their final non-conference game of the season. The Judges, ranked No. 5 in the nation, take on top-ranked Rochester on Friday evening in their UAA opener.

Once again in 2008-09, WBRS 100.1-FM will be broadcasting many Brandeis basketball games on-line. The just-updated spring semester schedule includes road contests at Amherst, Chicago, WashU and NYU.
